Mixed Media Monday theme Fly

This is my first MMM challenge piece in some time! I was determined to get a little something completed. This Rolodex card (my newest addiction) is layered with map paper, gesso, a gel medium transfer little Tessa from PID (that I had issues with) and glitzed at the left side with micro beads and embossing powder. A blue bird transfer, ribbon and a paper flower with the word fly and inked edges.

Shh! Don't tell me them at 'Step Outside Your Box Saturdays' that there's a flourish here............I just couldn't help myself. It's a flourish free zone but the theme this week speaks to my heart "joy". mon jardin fills me with great joy and creating with beautiful images, ink and paper does too ;o} and yes this kind of cheekiness has me completely 'outside of my box'
