Dream Pennant Week 3

This week's pennant was left to the last moment and somehow I just started with what was in front of me and ended up with this. Of course, I have valentine designs in my thoughts! This pennant is for my dreams of travel to the UK and beyond...

If I Could but Fly...

Last week was England ~ this week is Paris.

The theme of 'Dream' is fitting ~ we'll see where my dreams take me next week. Scotland, Denmark....the Netherlands ~ or of course, Australia.

Dear Maria

My first altered arch and I may turn it into an ornament....the background is printed paper with stamped leaves followed by collage papers and topped with a crown from Quietfire.

Gold Dust in Her Eyes

The perfect opportunity to participate in Mixed Media Monday with my 'Gold' contribution!

http://mixedmediamonday.wordpress.com/2007/11/26/gold/

The original vintage picture of this lady was given to me during an Art Exploration class by Amy Rubin. I of course didn't have the heart to alter the original....

This finished piece is actually about 7.5 x 14", an odd shape, and I can't decide how to frame it...so I have framed it digitally for now :o}

If only you could smell the beeswax - and I love the rich golden shade. g.

Nothing Is Impossible to a Willing Heart

For Tuesday's Challenge.

This is not ATC sized, although I have a nice pack of unopened ATC's from Quietfire....this is a 4x4 and I am hoping to send it to Gerda in the Netherlands for a swap.
